ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This program combines 3 classes with individual portfolio reviews, giving students a clear understanding of professional animation industry standards and what it takes to build a competitive portfolio.
Developed from my professional experience and years of mentoring artists, this program addresses critical gaps in traditional animation education, focusing on the skills and industry knowledge that can make or break an artist's career.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1. COMPLETE ALL 3 CLASSES
During first 3 weeks, you'll learn what truly makes an Industry Standard Portfolio (ISP) and why most student portfolios don't meet those requirements.
Through detailed explanations, practical examples, and multiple chapters, you'll gain a clear understanding of what the animation industry expects from you as an artist and how to meet those standards.
STEP 2. SUBMIT YOUR PORTFOLIO
Once you complete the program, you will be able to submit your portfolio for a personal assessment.
This option is only available for Express and Premium tiers.
STEP 3. RECEIVE ISP ASSESSMENT REPORT
Right on the first page, you'll find out whether your portfolio passed the ISP assessment, followed by an extremely detailed score breakdown explaining the reasoning behind each score.
The Express ISP Report contains approximately 5 pages, while the Premium ISP Report includes around 10 pages of detailed feedback.
STEP 4. SCHEDULE 1:1 CALL WITH THE TEACHER
Lastly, with the Premium Tier, you'll be able to schedule a 30 minute call with an industry professional who will answer any follow-up questions you may have.
The goal is to leave you with not only more knowledge, but also a clear, actionable plan to help you achieve your career goals!
WHAT ISP ASSESSMENT REPORT CONTAINS?
The ISP Report is a detailed grading system created by Yula Loven to help students understand whether their portfolios meet animation industry standards and are ready for job applications. Divided into dozens of categories, the report highlights your strengths, areas for improvement, and what you need to work on to reach professional standards. You can choose between the Premium ISP Report (approximately 10 pages) for a full breakdown or lower cost ISP Express Report (approximately 5 pages) for a simplified assessment.

WHICH ISP REPORT
IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
ISP Express is a lower-cost option for students who mainly want to find out whether their portfolio meets ISP requirements and is ready for job applications. This report includes a summarised score breakdown.
ISP Premium offers a much more personalised assessment. Along with their ISP score and passing band, students receive a detailed breakdown of their strengths and weaknesses, a recommended action plan, and a 1:1 call with the teacher to discuss their results and ask follow-up questions.

About your Teacher: Yula Loven
Art is subjective. But Animation Industry Standard is not.
My journey in the animation industry began while working on one of the world’s biggest children’s shows, Cocomelon, which later opened the door to additional productions including Morphle, Blippi, Lellobee City Farm, and more. Not long after, I transitioned into production-focused roles and worked on feature films such as Nimona and Entergalactic.
After reviewing hundreds of student portfolios, I was very sad to discover 90% of the submissions didn't meet the Industry Standard Portfolio requirements. I am here to challenge this. I created my own assessment system that will clarify the most difficult thing the Animation World couldn't put into words:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Are the lectures recorded?
Currently they are not, however, we are working on making recordings available (all past students will get access to it). In the meantime, you will get access to the classess slideshow!
How long are the classes?
Every lecture is around 1 hour + live QnA that usually lasts around 10-15 minutes, depending on the group questions. All classes are online, organised via Google Meet.
Can I split the payment?
Due to limited availability, payment plans are generally not offered. However, I understand that paying the full amount upfront isn't always easy, so I may approve a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 50% paid a few weeks later, on a case-by-case basis (approval is not guaranteed and depends on the amount of spots remaining)
Can we get after-class materials?
Students will get access to slideshow presentations and PDFs breaking down even more portfolio knowledge.
When is the next schedule?
Due to a very high demand and interest in this program, I consider doing another cycle in the future. Unfortunately, I can't promise anything and commit to any future dates. Everything depends on my full-time job and the show I'm developing which is unpredictable!
What is your refund policy?
If you change your mind, refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. After that, I’m unable to offer refunds, as spots are limited.
