About your Teacher
My name is Yula Loven, and I’m an artist-turned-producer!
My journey in the animation industry began while working on one of the world’s biggest children’s shows, Cocomelon, which later opened the door to additional productions including Morphle, Blippi, Lellobee City Farm, and more. Not long after, I transitioned into production-focused roles and worked on feature films such as Nimona and Entergalactic.
Coming from an artistic background, I quickly became fascinated by the way animation pipelines operate behind the scenes - from team organization and workflows to large-scale creative development. Today, besides developing my own adult animated 3D TV series EVIL CUPID, I also run industry panel events, mentorship programs, and production training focused on helping emerging artists better understand animation pipelines, production workflows, and industry-standard expectations. Since launching my training program in 2025, I have already helped over 100 production trainees begin their journey into the animation industry.

Writer, Art Director & Producer
Global Mentorship, Industry Journalism & Non-Profit work
I've been interviewing top animation industry talent for the past 3 years. My guests included Bobby Chiu (Lightbox Expo Founder), Jorge R Gutierrez (Maya & The Three), Yuhki Demers (Spider-Verse), Henry Wong (K-POP Demon Hunters) and more! My panels are free of charge, in a format of interview with a live QnA and attract on average 150-200 live audience - the goal is to make animation learning globally accessible! You can access recorded panels in this playlist: click

In 2023, I created the EVOL Animation Network - a Discord community with 14,000 members built with the goal of bridging the gap between animation industry professionals and students across the globe. What started as a small initiative quickly grew into one of the largest animation-focused communities online, with live events and industry panels gaining viral attention across social media.
Through these events, I’ve had the opportunity to host some of the most influential voices in animation, who generously shared their experiences, career advice, and industry knowledge with a global live audience. Alongside interviews and panels, I’ve also organized multiple community-driven initiatives and networking events.

Beyond building the community itself, I’m deeply passionate about making industry knowledge more accessible to emerging creatives. I’ve been invited to guest lecture at multiple schools, universities, and expos, where I continue sharing insights on animation production, career development, and the evolving creative industry landscape.
As a guest lecturer, I held speaking events for students in the following universities: University of the Arts (London), Cypress College (Los Angeles), Grand Canyon University (Phoenix), Collegium XR (Poland) and many more!

Let me teach you everything I wish I was taught before my first animation production job.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
In this 1-month program consisting of 4 classes, students will gain a strong introduction to the world of animation production and pipeline management. The course is designed to be accessible for complete beginners, while still offering valuable insight for students who already have some entry-level experience. Because animation production is best learned through practice, the program includes studio-simulated exercises, group activities, and workflow scenarios inspired by real production environments.
Beyond the classes themselves, students will also gain insight into the realities of both traditional studio pipelines and modern indie animation development.

As the founder of EVOL Motions, I also offer internship opportunities connected to real stylized 3D indie production currently in development. Students who complete the program are eligible to apply for these roles, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience within an active production environment.
''Coming from a surface level understanding of production in animation, Yula's explanation of the pipeline and the role production staff has throughout the process was straightforward, clear, and concise. I definitely came out knowing a lot more about the industry than I started.''
- Production Trainee, Fall 2025

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Are the lectures recorded?
Due to classes including NDA material, it's not possible to record any lecture. I strongly believe, animation production can only be taught through hands on experience & real-life examples, therefore, I try to provide my students with as many studio examples as possible, which cannot risk being shared outside of the group setting.
How long are the classes?
Every lecture is around 1 hour + live QnA that usually lasts around 10-15 minutes, depending on the group questions. All classes are online, organised via Google Meet.
When is the next schedule?
Due to a very high demand and interest in this program, I consider doing another cycle in the future. Unfortunately, I can't promise anything and commit to any future dates. Everything depends on my full-time job and the show I'm developing which is unpredictable!
What is your refund policy?
If you change your mind, refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. After that, I’m unable to offer refunds, as spots are limited.
Can I split the payment?
Due to relatively low cost of this program,
splitting the payment into many micro-payments is not possible. I am open to a 50%
non-refundable deposit payment, with the rest being paid right before the program though!
Can we get after-class materials?

Students will get access to after-class materials, such as spreadsheet templates, resume templates and slideshow presentation without NDA material.
